Supporting Partners

We are proud to be supported by leading organisations across the legal, financial, and restructuring sectors. Together, we advance knowledge and best practice in insolvency and debt restructuring.

INSOL Asia Hub

INSOL Asia Hub, established in 2019 and based in Singapore, is the regional platform of INSOL International, a global federation of 47 restructuring and insolvency member associations representing more than 12,500 professionals across over 100 countries and jurisdictions.

The Hub fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional engagement across Asia. Supporting Member Associations remains a core priority, alongside initiatives that advance professional development, regional dialogue and cross-border cooperation.

Working with universities, students and academics, the Hub supports research and the development of restructuring and insolvency professionals. Through its Regional Restructuring & Insolvency Academic Forum (RIAF), it provides a regional platform for academics, practitioners and students to present research, exchange ideas and contribute to the development of restructuring and insolvency law and practice.

In emerging markets, the Hub engages with courts, regulators and professional organisations to support judicial engagement, institutional capacity building and the development of effective restructuring and insolvency frameworks. It also facilitates the exchange of legal developments, judicial experience and practical insights across jurisdictions, strengthening regional cooperation in cross-border restructuring and insolvency.

To support this work, the Asia Hub established Asia Gold, a platform-level initiative that enables organisations to contribute to academic engagement, judicial engagement, legislative and regulatory dialogue, and capacity building in emerging markets across Asia.

By connecting professionals, institutions and jurisdictions, the Hub supports the continued development of restructuring and insolvency practice across Asia while strengthening links with the wider international restructuring and insolvency community.
