He has also worked on recognition of a 1MDB subsidiary’s BVI insolvency proceedings, advised Ocean Tankers’ liquidators in high-profile litigation before the Court of Appeal, and represented parties resisting recognition of Garuda Indonesia’s Indonesian insolvency proceedings. Amelia is a partner in Carey Olsen’s litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Singapore, specialising in BVI, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. She handles complex multi-jurisdictional shareholder and director litigation, corporate disputes, fraud, asset tracing and cross-border insolvency and restructuring. Eric co-founded ASEAN LegalTech and Legal Hackers Melbourne and led the Global Legal Tech Report, a global research initiative bringing together legal technology associations from multiple regions.

Jacqui is Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer of Kroll’s Restructuring business, overseeing operations, strategic planning and corporate development. She focuses on scaling the business across markets, strengthening regional collaboration and ensuring consistent, compliant delivery. A key priority is translating AI strategy into execution through effective team alignment and resource deployment. With over 20 years in professional services, Jacqui brings experience in transformation, operating model change, strategic risk and governance across Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Phillip has over 35 years of experience applying technology to business objectives across industries. His expertise covers operations management, strategic planning and practical uses of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency and decision-making.
